Hi Sharon,
I would suggest Definitions for your first monthly package. With Definitions you will start strengthening your whole body, and you can pair that up with some cardio (like walking or any type of cardio workout you like).
After the first 30 days you can renew and continue with Definitions and you can also add Atletica to that, which is more demanding, but with Atletica you will continue and improve on building you strength and stamina and cardio at the same time.
