Does the monthly subscriptions include access to all videos, including definitions?

No the monthly subscription includes doesn't include Definitions - that's a separate membership $ for 24.99 per 30 days - and it doesn't automatically renew.

I just subscribed and was wondering if you could tell me more about Definitions.

Definitions is a body sculpt program - each class we work legs, arms, shoulders, back and core at the end. You will need a pair of dumbells and if you have 2 sets, medium and heavier, even better. Each month we add new workouts to the subscription. You can subscribe anytime.

Yes it does thank you so much. So, regarding any of the monthly subscriptions you can subscribe at any time and it goes for 30 days? And after that if you want to re-subscribe you can? I'm sorry about all the questions LOL.

No problem at all with the questions, we are here for that :) So the full monthly subscription ($ 39.99) that one is the only one that renews on its own - you can subscribe any day of the month and 30 days later it renews.
All the other subscriptions- which are called bundles - like Definitions, Atletica + Atletica Bodyweight only, Powerstrike + Bodystrikes, and Forza, those only last 30 days and then you have to resubscribe every time if you want to continue.

I don't promote too much for sure, I am glad you came across the On Demand option now! also just to let you now, I have a Live membership option as well, that is more expensive but it's 10 classes per week, 40 classes per month. Each class is new and I do all the classes live together, if you cannot do it live, each class stays up for 48 hours so you can do it at your own time. If you want more information on that membership let me know. The new cycle starts Sept 1st for the whole month of Sept. and you can renew or not Oct 1st and on and on!
