I have a monthly subscription, and I've been using these videos for over a year without problems. This morning, the videos weren't working at all (just showing fuzzy blackness when I'd click on them). My monthly subscription has renewed and is active, so that isn't the problem. Is there a problem with the video on the site? Are others having this problem too?
