Hello. I found that there is a few Power Strike video that has the same Title (for example PowerStrike 7 and PowerStrike 6). Is it the same???

Thank you for sending us a note. There are two separate sections, one is On Demand and the other is DVD. While the titles are the same the workouts are different. In the DVD section , those workouts can be streamed, but they can also be purchased as a DVD for you to own. The On Demand workouts are only available for streaming. Additionally, when you sign up for a monthly On Demand subscription you do not get access to the DVD workouts.

I miss impact so much. I've tried other kickboxing classes to make up for it but nothing compares to It
i try to make my own moves, but find mys of repeating a lot or forgetting to change sides and not kicking as much as I should,
